Should I see a Transformational Coach or a Therapist?
As an IFS informed Transformational Coach I am trained to work with people who are able to function reasonably well in the world. If that is you, then I am happy to see you. I can help you get from ‘OK’ to ‘Good’, or from ‘Good’ to ‘Flourishing’.

However, if you are currently struggling with your mental health, for example, with eating disorders, depression or undue anxiety, you should see a therapist. A therapist will help you get from ‘Struggling’ to ‘OK’. If this sounds like you, you are welcome to contact me and I will help you find a therapist trained in IFS. Or if you are not sure whether you need to see a Transformational Coach or a Therapist I am happy to have a chat - just fill in the contact form.
